P L ∆ C I N G   ∆ N   O R D E R

After payment is processed for an order, please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to be shipped due to small local production in Italy. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fully processed. You will also receive a tracking # via email once your order has shipped, depending on if we are shipping within the EU or Internationally.

R E T U R N   P O L I C Y

All return or exchange requests must be sent to: returns@studiogambe.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s). As soon as we receive your return/exchange email inquiry, we will email you our official "Return/Exchange form." Please complete this form and return this back to us no later than 10 days past request date. This form must completed and sent back with the original item(s) you wish to return. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. We accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise for return or exchange (items must have original tags attached please). If we receive an item that appears to have been worn or dirty, we will charge a 20% fee for restocking. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We have the right to refuse any return that does not meet our above requirements.

P ∆ Y M E N T 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express, and PayPal.  If your payment information we’ve received is incorrect we will notify you, as payment must be placed & received before your order ships.

S H I P P I N G

Allow a minimum lead time of 3 weeks before your order ships due to small local production in Italy. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. We use FedEX and DHL tracked for all shipments.  We will charge a flat rate of €5 euro for shipping within the EU and €15 euro for all other International shipments. If there are any increased shipping costs due to large weight/packaging/multiple items, we will notify you before shipment.

If your order is shipping outside of the EU, please consult your customs policies and fees for your country, as we do not take responsibility for this.
